StatSeed is StatSheet's postseason projections for all of Division I, including the NCAA Tournament, National Invitation Tournament (NIT), College Basketball Invitational (CBI), and the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT). Read more about how StatSeed is calculated.

StatSheet is now projecting Bucknell to make the NCAA Tournament as a 14 seed. The Bison are, at this point, on track for an automatic bid, and they will need to win their conference tournament as they're ranked #45 in the StatSheet StatRank. They have a 22-5 overall record and a 9-2 record in the Patriot.

During the last four games, Bucknell looked solid with wins against Lehigh, Colgate, and Army but also stumbled with a bad loss to RPI #192 Lafayette.

Bucknell has a 3-2 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes a 1-1 record against the RPI Top 50 but no record against AP ranked teams. While the Bison have a single quality win against RPI #35 La Salle, they're also weighed down by three bad losses including RPI #192 Lafayette, RPI #145 Princeton, and RPI #199 Penn State.

The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are Baylor (16-10, 7-6 Big 12, StatRank #60), St. John's (16-10, 8-6 Big East, StatRank #56), Boise State (17-8, 5-6 Mountain West, StatRank #39), and Ole Miss (19-7, 8-5 SEC, StatRank #57).

The first four teams out are Alabama (18-8, 10-3 SEC, StatRank #57), Florida State (14-12, 6-7 ACC, StatRank #85), Stanford (16-11, 7-7 Pac 12, StatRank #69), and Tennessee (15-10, 7-6 SEC, StatRank #74).

The next four out are Arizona State (20-7, 9-5 Pac 12, StatRank #70), Maryland (18-8, 6-7 ACC, StatRank #69), Saint Mary's (23-5, 12-2 West Coast, StatRank #47), and Temple (18-8, 7-5 A-10, StatRank #45).
